First of all, I want to wish everyone a Happy Halloween!! I hope all your little ones have fun tonight Trick or Treating..I know we will!!

This past Sunday & Monday was our annual Halloween Spooktakular Mini Sessions. We had an awesome new set this year....and we had lots of fun with all the kids that came in!  Thanks so much to all those who attended! And if you didn't, make sure to watch for next years event!!

Mikayla-Class of 2013{Freeport High School}

Meet Mikayla...our newest Class of 2013 Senior to visit the studio!  I used to work with her mom selling Home & Garden Party years & years ago{I can't believe how much she has grown up since I have seen her last}!!  We had a lot of fun during her her session and got some great pictures....we even got to see the start of the Horse Parade at the Loran Fest on our way back to the studio!!  I hope you enjoyed your Senior Portrait Session Mikayla, and enjoy your sneak peak as well!!

 

 

Alex-Class of 2013{Pearl City High School}

Meet another one of our recent Class of 2013 Seniors-Miss Alex!  You may remember Alex as the 2011 Stephenson County Fair Queen! I worked with her a little out at the fair last year, and did family pictures with her last fall{remember the piggy kiss shot}, so I was excited to work with her again for her senior portraits!  Thank you Alex for the awesome session...I can't wait till we finish with the dress shots!!

Cheyanne-Class of 2013{Le-Win High School)

Meet Cheyanne....one of our recent Class of 2013 Seniors to visit the studio!!  Cheyanne included some of her favorite things to do into her session...softball, dance & shopping{although I don't meet too many senior girls who don't love to shop}!!  Thanks coming into the studio Cheyanne...I had a lot of fun working with you:)

Sarah-Class of 2013{Bonney Lake High School, WA}

I had a blast at Miss Sarah's Senior Session today...she is a natural in front of the camera!!  She came all the way from Washington State just to have her senior pictures taken with us...and to visit family{Sarah also happens to be my cousin}!  She was definitely a trooper with the heat...considering she is not really used to temps this high!!  And...she was the 1st to be photographed with my Dads newly restored truck:)

I hope you enjoy your "Sneak Peak" Sarah...and I hope you had as much fun as I did today! Thanks so much for coming all the way out here for your Senior Pictures!!

Megan-Class of 2013 Senior Model{Freeport High School}

We had our 3rd Senior Model session today....meet Megan from Freeport High School!!  We had a beautiful morning for her session today, except for the wind...we could have done without that!!  When talking with Megan about her senior portraits and what she was looking for, she told me about her idea she found on Pinterest{awesome site by the way..check it out if you haven't}.  Little did she tell me at the time, she has a "fear" of balloons.  But, it all went well and none of them popped while she was holding them...and the pictures from them turned out awesome!!  Watch for more of Megan later on in the fall when we do her full senior session.

A little bit about Megan{besides her fear of balloons..lol}

• Her biggest accomplishment is: being a participant in the 2008 Scripps National Spelling Bee
• Her dream vacation is: going on an unlimited shopping spree in Italy
• Her favorite website is: Pinterest
• The person she would like to meet the most is: Jennifer Lawrence
• Her favorite movie is: 27 dresses

When asked why she chose Tamara Roach Photography to do her senior portraits she said, "because her pictures are creative & fun"!!
